By accessing or using AI SEO Copilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use AI SEO Copilot for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

AI SEO Copilot provides AI-powered SEO analysis and strategy generation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for refund requests.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI SEO Copilot. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

In no event shall AI SEO Copilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
